Assets and PME within Dwellant are among the cornerstones of creating a reliable digital twin of the buildings you manage.
PME is short for Planned Maintenance Event. These events are checks required sometimes by Law, sometimes by best practice, or sometimes for good customer service.
What matters is that you have a list of Assets and can work out which events are required to keep them in good shape.
An Asset can have more than one PME linked to it, as well as a PME having more than one Asset linked to it.
One of the key aims with PMEs is to capture the relevant document and contract on the relevant Asset.
