PME - Message Template

When setting up a PME you will need to select a template from the drop down in screen. We have already added 150 templates but if you want to add an extra template you can follwo these steps.

At the Ma level, go to Setup > Core Data > Message templates

On the follwoing drop down select "Repeated event message" then select "add template"

This will then list all cuurent templates as well as allow you to create a new one.

Details of new template 

Name = Internal Name

Is default = Only use if you have a default instruction for new PME

Subject = Subject to be shown on request

Content = message you'd like sent to assignee

In the request you will notice these curly brackets { } this will auto populate the corresponding data.

Once completed this will show as an option when creating a repeated event.
