If you have a suite of pre-existing contracts to will want to apply the Templates so that you can match the standard now achievable via the templates function.
Once you have completed Contract Templates these can be applied to exisiting templates.
Go to the building of your choice and the contracts section and click "Dowload contracts without templates".
you will download a file and you can match the existing contracts to the templates are set up at the Managing Agent level
This will then apply the pre-set catagory and link activate any asset types for the building and make them a promt to link to assests set up.
