Applying contract templates to pre-existing contracts

If you have a suite of pre-existing contracts, you will want to apply the Templates so that you can match the standard now achievable via the templates function.

Once you have completed Contract Templates, you can apply them to existing templates.

Go to the building of your choice, go to the Contracts section, and click "Download contracts without templates".

You will download a file, and you can match the existing contracts to the templates that are set up at the Managing Agent level.

This will apply the pre-set category and link, activate any asset types for the building, and make them a prompt to link to the assets set up.
