Adding a batch of Planned Maintenance Events

Go to the building where you wish to set up PME

If the building already has some repeated events set up, click Download the existing events file.

This downloads the events which have been set up for the building plus template repeated events that you may wish to add to the list already set up for the building. You can tell that an entry refers to an event that has already been set up because the green Is Required? columns is set to Yes and the Id column will contain the Dwellant ID of the Repeated Event.

Fields that you will want to consider as key when completing the upload.

To download a spreadsheet containing just template repeated events, click Download template file Edit the spreadsheet.

• Save the downloaded file to a known directory on your PC
• Open the file
• Click the Enable Editing button at the top of the spreadsheet if it exists
• To add a repeated event to the building based on a template, select a row from the spreadsheet where the Is Required? the column is set to No and change to Yes
• Save the file Click
• Upload repeated events
• Select the file Click OK
