Export invoice files for a building (pdf)
This plugin allows you to download all the pdf invoices logged on dwellant. This can be useful for when the building transfers to a different managing agent and you are required to provide them with copies of invoices.
To create the plugin, you will need:
• The Dwellant Id of the building organisation. (number at the end when jumping to a building)
• The start and end date of the invoices needed.
• The path where the files should be exported to. A folder with today’s date will be created by the plugin within this path, to contain the files.
Click the Add Plugin button
Enter the Name like Invoice File Export for <building name>
Select Type Standard.BuildingInvoiceExportPlugin
Machine name Regex - Explained where you find this above, the format should be ^ServerName$
Processing time a few minutes after the Next version check time of the agent (found in the same place as machine name). eg. 12:05 this is subject to daylight savings so the actual run time could be 1 hour after
Directory path - is the location where the building folders exist. eg. \\ServerName\directory1\subdirectory2 make sure the server name is used and not F: for example.
Click ok
On the Plugin Select Action / Additional properties
For each property Building Id, Start date, End date
Click the Add property button
Select the Property Name
Paste in the Value
Click OK
Set yourself a reminder to check the plugin after it has run.
Find the plugin in the list and check it has a Start and Finish Time for around the time you set. Any concerns, ask on the Support Chat.
Delete the plugin (otherwise it will keep running every day).
