No Invoice, No Worries

Dwellant is great because it is your digital audit trail, it allows you to track jobs from Csite to payment. This provides a challenge when an invoice is paid and the team miss the existing ID.

We have spent a lot of time (about 10 years) ensuring the our data is reliable and accurate. We don't want to undermine this work but see a gap that needs to be fulfilled.

Your team

When your team completes a WO they can  pick from the option "No Invoice" this closes the job with an invoice being processed.

Contractors

It works in a different way for contractors, previously they couldn't add Zero Value invoices. We now changed the criteria and they can close down jobs without adding additional changes just to complete the process. They can upload a either a blank invoice or cover document explaining the zero value.
