If an employee is going on leave they have the option of allocating their work to another employee.
Only a user with the same role or higher can be selected.
Note - If a Building Manager has added cover, and the building for some reason is merged with another building, the cover will probably need to be re-added.
For the employee going on leave -
For the employee covering the leave...
If the leave is unplanned, an admin can make the change
Note- cover during absence is only limited to role-based invoicing coverage, it doesn't cover contract approvals. The contract approvals follow the regular process and can't be managed under absence cover.
