Creating a pack
On the building requiring the Legal Pack.
Old Layout New Layout
or
click “Add”.
Select the unit from the drop down list...
And then complete the form – select a Building Template.
Then enter the questions. Note you will only be asked for questions that are unit specific/need to be answered or reviewed each time. So again, the numbering will look slightly funny.
Once you have completed the LPE1/2 form Click OK – Please Note: It will not be sent immediately. There is an indicator that you have completed 100% of the fields.
Adding documents
After clicking "select documents" you will be presented with any mapped doucments against the correct question. You still need to select the documnet to add them.
If required documents are missing. You will have a box as follows.
at this point you can add the document and it will be added for later user.
Previewing the Results
Once you have completed the pack you can access the Legal Pack Dashboard for the pack. This allows you to see all the information about a pack, such as when it was send to whom.
Sending the pack
Add the email address provided for the Solicitor. They will receive an email with links to download a completed LPE1 & 2 and the linked documents.
The final email looks similar to this with your branding.
The link takes the user to the following page and the top document is the completed LEP1 etc.
