Setting up PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans) Request Forms

Background

PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans) are forms filled in by tenants who need assistance in the event of an evacuation.

Setup

PEEPs forms are set up as Request Forms in Dwellant. They must be set up as follows:

1. The Managing Agency has to have the privilege Enables PEEPs forms
2. The shortcode of the form must be peeps
3. The form handling options must have “Save as user details“ checked

Usage

Once enabled by the privilege, users with current tenancies will be able to edit their PEEPs forms via the user information page. (Example shown below.)

• The forms are specific to a user and unit.
