Your profile is the key to staying on sites you are already instructed on and the gateway to others estates. Your profile is searchable and ANY of our 40 Managing agents teams can ask you to quote. We have over 1000 estates on our system and this is only growing.

As this has replaced old sign up forms your Managing Agent will not instruct you or suspend work if your account isn't complete or out of date. Don't worry we here to help.

Questionnaire 

This is where we find out about the important detail about your business, it ticks lots of legal boxes. This takes 10-15 minutes, grab a cuppa and biscuit and let's get going.

Contractor rates

This is a quick guide for your clients when they are searching for a contractor. Keep it short and sweet.

Core Data

Organisation Location - This helps users see where you are and allows users to work out what jobs to ask you to quote for

Organisational Preference - The short version is - Who you are, how to reach you and importantly what services you provide. This will then prompt you for your Accreditation Documentation  

Managing Agents

This is who has instructed you and what they require. This will change depending on the Managing Agent. It also shows you if they "Supports online invoice handling". 

User Groups

It doesn't matter if your one are a one-man (or lady) band or have more departments than John Lewis our system works for you.

The least you need is an Admin but you can split the flow of intro Work Orders and Accounts receivable

Users

This is where you add any other team members. It's as simple as adding a name, email address and putting them in a group.
