If you are a newly registered contractor/supplier on Dwellant, below are the next few steps that you must complete in order to be fully setup on the Dwellant system, so that the prospective clients can find you and assign you jobs moving forward.
To get started, please follow the steps as mentioned in the invitation email sent to you by the Managing agent client who set you up on the Dwellant system. Once you are logged in, you are good to follow along the next steps in this article.
NOTE- these steps are mandatory and important from the compliance perspective, and is NOT within the jurisdiction of the Dwellant support team to confirm or evaluate for yourselves. In case of any further doubts as to why a certain accreditation document is needed, or to discuss the terms and conditions of an agreement document, we advise you to directly reach out to the concerned Managing agent, as Dwellant is not authorized to do so on their behalf.

Once you login, please click on the Requests tab on top, and select 'Requests & Messages for you to Action' from the drop-down, to be directed to the screen with the rightmost section which reads 'We need your information!'. Theis box contains all the mandatory sections on the account.
You can complete each highlighted sections as shown above by clicking on each red-exclamation mark. This will take you to that view where you can provide more information and save to complete the respective section.
Note- Please prioritize completing the Managing agent -specific documentation section and accreditation documents sections, as these ensure your grounds to work, and are mandatory for complying with your clients.
The Managing agent-specific agreement documents can be found under Setup/Managing agents, marked with a red exclamation mark against the MA name, as shown below:-
Please complete the documents by clicking on the red exclamation mark, which will bring up the list of documents which need to be updated.
Here you need to read and agree all the documents, by ticking the 'I agree..' sentence box at the end of the document.
Once ticked, please click OK to save the agreement.
This will remove the red exclamation mark, and complete the MA specific documents under Setup/Managing agents.
To check if all the mandatory sections are completed, you can click back on the REQUESTS tab on top, and click on Requests & Messages for you to Action. On this screen, you should see green ticks for all the boxes on the right side of the screen for the 'We need your Information!' section. This means you are good to go !
