Publishing the Report

A key part of completing your survey is publishing your report.

CSite allows for a quick and transparent way of checking the state of your clients property.

You will find all your completed surveys here:

You then have four options

Publish Report

This triggers the option to share directly on the Resident portal. It will Attach a PDF with live updates on every request. 

Short Report

This exports the survey into Excel and will break out

- Requests created as part of the survey

- Identify where a note or request was added

- Show you any condition change

Detailed Word report

The key here - you can add an additional comments that are required outside of the survey, then you can share as required.

It's the same as the word document and you cannot edit it!
