Assets and PME within Dwellant are one of the cornerstones of creating a reliable digital twin of the buildings you manage.
PME is short for Planned Maintence Event. These events are checks that are required sometimes by Law, sometime by best practice or sometime for good customer service.
What is import is that you have a list of Assets and you can work out what events are required to keep them in good shape.
An Asset can have more that one PME linked to it as well as a PME having more than one Asset linked to it.
