Finding Contracts that could be linked to Assets

With our Compliance functionality, you can add Contract Templates to save time. This creates a contract outline, but if it's linked to an asset type, it will appear as a suggestion in the Asset view.

At the building level, go to: Compliance > Asset > List. Then, on the filters, select "without suggested contracts".

The example below is showing the results for a contract linked to the Water pump.

Then select the assets you need, click "Link to Contract", and complete the following box.
