With our Compliance functionality there is great time saving feature where you can add, PME Templates. This creates the outline for a PME but if it has been linked with an asset type it will be offered a suggestion with the Asset view.
At the building Level go to: Complaince > Assest > List. Then on the filters select "without suggested PME's".
The example below is showing the results for a PME linked to the Water Tank asset type.
