We have created a process that when added to your existing Dwellant setup, will tell the story of the building you are managing.
It will guide the Property Manager and their team on what Contracts, PME and documents are needed.
It then becomes your central document library, making it easier to create legal packs and share findings with leaseholders.

Set up C-Site
C-Site is the key to unlocking the assets within your building. C-Site lets you create a clear Digital Twin and record all your assets and their condition. It's the springboard to deeper context for your building.

Set up templates
Templates are one of the cornerstones of the system to manage your assets. There are four template types that must be set up to ensure consistency across the team while keeping their work intuitive and easy.
