Re-Introduction to Dwellant Core

This guide outlines the various tasks required for implementing features within Dwellant's Compliance module.

Dwellant COMPLIANCE module pulls together 5 key standalone features of the Dwellant CORE.

The 5 features and benefits within Dwellant CORE are:

Planned Maintenance events PME  

Used to confirm that planned checks are complete and certificates are received.

  1. Controlled Central formatting
  2. Direct Document capture
  3. Timed instructions direct to the contractor
  4. Review option for documents.

Contracts 

Used for optimising payments of recurring chargeable works (Target is 80% of all billable work)

  1. Auto-payment of invoices within threshold
  2. Only approved contractors can be instructed
  3. Internal Approval can be applied to high-value contracts
  4. RAMS can be requested

Work Orders 

Used to instruct reactive WO’s or one-off planned instructions 

  1. Approved contractors are promoted
  2. Live fund checking (dependent on AP)
    1. Invoice approval based on above data
  3. RFQ’s included with ethical walls
  4. RAMS can be requested

Resident Portals

Used to securely communicate with owners and streamline inbound communication

  1. Central templates - One post to many buildings
  2. Request forms with specific routing e.g. licence to alter
  3. Standardised request process
  4. Central booking functions

 

C-Site with Asset Register

  1. Centralised survey layout
  2. Offline survey tool
  3. Instant report generation
  4. Instant request generation from survey

Each as a standalone, has functioned well with Dwellant. Dwellant COMPLIANCE now takes this to the next level.
