In the event that your survey sync fails, go into your settings / Click on Logs / select the entry for the failed sync and use the option 'Send'.
This would provide the Customer Service Team more information as to why the sync has failed.
If the sync is failing, go into settings and find logs, select the entry for the failed sync and use the option “send to Dwellant”
If data seems to be disappearing, please send a screenshot of the settings screen to confirm which environment you are logging into.
