In the event that your survey has failed to sync, the customer service team would need to know the following:
- Which account are you logging in with?
- Which building are you looking at?
- Please confirm which version of Csite you are running and whether its on Android or IOS
- If the sync is failing, go to settings and find logs, select the the entry for the failed sync and click on the 'Send' button
- If data seems to be disappearing, please send a screenshot of the settings screen to confirm which environment you are logging into.
