Quotations - How to provide or decline Quotations as a Contractor or Supplier

When assigned a quotation, you would be able to view them in "Requests & Messages for you to action"
To Submit a quote
Click on Select Action / Edit Quotation
This would allow you to provide your quote for the work as well as an additional information
Decline a quotation
Click Select Action / Decline to quote
It would ask you the reason for declining the work. This is just so the property managers are informed.
