RAMS - Risk Assessments and Method Statement

RAMS - Risk Assessment and Method Statements

There is now an expectation on us to consider CDM regulations set out by HSE when instructing contractors.

We have made it easier for our Property Managers to record that contractors have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience and, where relevant the capability to carry out work safely.

To keep your team safe we have added in the option for those instructing you to state the potential risks involved in carrying out a job. We have kept this as simple as we can.

When you receive a Quotation or Work Order from us you’ll need to check if RAMS are required. If not, it’s carry on as normal. If they are, you MUST submit your documents for approval before you get the final GO ahead.
