Search for the asset first before trying to add a new one.

Adding a question to an asset

Select action > questions

Each asset can have a number of questions linked to it. These appear depending on which survey is selected.

Dwellant already has a lot of questions created to select in the asset type menu. Before you create new questions use the partial text search first.

Click add to create a new question. The name is the question itself then select an answer type

Text - text box

Choice - select from different options (can be customised through choice group menu)

Integer and Date - have no added functionality other than text so far

File - Blanks the answer option (believe there should be an option to attach a file but it hasn't been developed) can still be used for notes and tasks.

The description should be additional information that makes it clear what is being asked.
