Csite works together with Dwellant's database, where all your properties are stored. To make this guide easier to understand, let's get familiar with the structure of the app.
Buildings - Each organisation will appear as in the Building list within Csite (and have a matching organisation in Dwellant)

Important actions
When it comes to surveying your unit, it's important to set up an asset structure within your unit at least once before conducting the first survey.
Assets can be anything that makes up or is located within the unit.
Think of them as the building blocks of your space. You can even group them together, like organizing a "communal garden" with its grass, signs, and pavement areas, all in a logical and intuitive way.
For and Asset to show it MUST have an attached questions and relevent survey type.
Once you've done the initial configuration, conducting surveys and syncing them with Dwellant becomes a breeze.
The synchronization step is crucial because Dwellant will ensure the Csite APP and Dwellant are alingned. The C-Site app is designed to work offline.
