A Facility Calendar is used for residents to make bookings online. The requests are sent to the default handling group which is setup on the calendar. This booking can either be accepted or rejected.
As a Building Administrator, you can manage calendars via Setup / Resource Calendars
To create a new calendar, simply click o the Add button.
Then fill it all in...
To make a booking, start from your home page, hovering over the Home tab, and selecting View Facility Calendars.
From here you can select any calendar from the drop down list, and view any current bookings below:

If the booking is for a specific resident, start typing in their Flat number and it will appear on a dropdown list. If the resident is not yet on the system, you can book the order in for the Estate Office, and put your own name in. |
Mark in the date, time, and length of time that you need it for. A description in the Detail section will show back on the calendar page.
Each calendar automatically calculates the spaces available. So for example, select the Vehicle Type, and you can see if there is space by pressing the Check Availability button.
Add any further contact details or notes needed, and press OK.
Finally, should you ever need to remove a booking, just click on the item in the calendar and press OK.
Changes to Calendars
All details about a calendar can be changed. Time slots available, number of available slots, test on pages, hours of operations etc.
