eCommunications is a process that allows residents to receive and pay demands through Dwellant. Residents who have opted to receive email notifications will be alerted to the new demands when the related batch is published.
Residents are able to choose to receive Paper or Electronic bills as seen in the screenshot below.
If a resident has selected to receive Electronic bills, they will be notified of new charges via email. Conversely, residents who decide to receive paper bills will not.
