What is Dwellant?

Welcome to Dwellant!

Dwellant is a way for Residents, Contractors and Property Managers to communicate everything about a property in one place. Our aim is to make things easier for you and Managing Agents. We pull all of the information into one place, simplifying the process of communicating.

You have been invited to join because a Property Manager wants to use your services.

How the System Works?

For your convenience, here are ways to use Dwellant:

💻  PC Portal

Log into the system when you receive a work request.  This is great for managing lots of jobs.

📧 The Automated Email System

Once you are registered you don't need to keep logging in as  you will receive work requests by email.  You can use our automated email system to send quotes and mark works as completed.
