It takes seconds to reset your password. There are 2 ways to access the password reset controls on Dwellant.
Please note -
Please first logout from saved Dwellant accounts on your current browser, clear all related history, browser cookies and cache (Press ctrl+h simultaneously on a Windows PC to view history and delete from there. For a Mac- click on History>Clear history, then click the pop-up menu to choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared). Once this is done, open a refreshed browser (Google Chrome browser with latest version recommended), and then proceed with following steps to regain account access.
1. Just click on below URL to be directly directed to the 'Forgot password' screen- https://secure.dwellant.com/Account/ForgottenPasswordStandard?ReturnUrl=

2. Visit the sign-in page by clicking on below URL -
https://secure.dwellant.com/Account/SignInOrRegister?ReturnUrl=
Next click on the 2nd green button which reads - ‘Reset my password?’, as shown below -
...and type in the email address you are registered with, which will then send you a password reset link on your registered email.
Its a couple of steps from there. Once you have set a new password, you can go back to sign in screen or click on the sign in URL link, and enter the email and new password credentials, and that should log you in.
