Invoice bulk approval tools
There are three tools for Accounts Payable, Team Managers, and Portfolio Accountants to bulk approve invoices. These tools allow multiple invoices to be selected and approved in one go.

| Invoices / Accounts Payable to approve |
Only available to members of the Accounts Payable group. Includes invoices that are Accounts Payable to Approve. If the AP wants to exclude invoices that are shown to Portfolio Accountants they should save a search filter that doesn't include the recoverability, and set this saved search as their default view for this page. |
| Invoices / Team Leader to approve |
Only available to Managers of groups. Displays invoices that are Team Manager to Approve, for buildings they are Managers of. |
| Invoices / Portfolio Accountant to approve |
Only available to members of the Portfolio Accountants group. Shows invoices that are Accounts Payable to Approve and at least one Recoverability is Non Recoverable or Direct from debtor. |
Those invoices are not included that are currently In Dispute, or are locked (i.e., open in the Invoice processing Screen (also known 'IPA' screen internally within Dwellant)) by another user.
The invoices are colour coded to help decide whether to approve. If multiple warnings apply to an invoice, then the highest level is shown. There is a search filter to filter the list by exception type.

Download Invoices
Accounts Payable have two buttons to export approved invoices. This is for Managing Agents that do not have a Data Gateway to export invoices, or when a Managing Agent wants particular invoices paid immediately. Once the invoices are exported they cannot be exported again, including via the Data Gateway.
Download approved invoices = This will download all invoices that have already been approved but not exported yet.
Approve and download checked items = This will approve the checked and items and download the data for only these.
The user has to type the word "understand" to try to limit accidents.
