Configuring Dwellant for inbound Invoice delivery

This feature will allow contractors to send invoices directly to Dwellant.

Inbound email mappings can be used for Email-in invoice submission. They are configured at the following location. 

Setup / Core data / Inbound email mapping. We might need to switch this on for you (just ask our CS team).

Adding a mapping

• Click Add

• • If an email address with a customer-specific domain is used e.g. invoices@zenproperty.com you will have to forward emails to inbound@system.dwellant.com

• Set type to Invoice

• Set the Sender address filters to Contractors who work for managing agent

• Click OK

You then need to ensure you inform your contractors and team where invoices should be sent to.
