A request can be setup so that it Requires Review, when set up this was an optional Review Group, can be chosen.
Ordinarily, a task gets completed. When `Requires Review` is selected it goes into a half state where the reviewer must Complete it before its is truly completed. This is to allow a PM to review requests that have been completed by others.
Requests that need to be completed appear as 'Work Done - Requires Review'.
They appear in the Review groups task list and get truly completed when the an individual in the review group Completes the request. It then appears as Completed.
PME's that generate Requests can also have this option.
Review Group
A Review Group can be optionally selected. When this happens the request must be completed by a member of this group. The group can be one of the buildings groups or a Managing Agent group.
