Create an Off Boarding pack
This is a process that will allow you to download all the data (apart from the invoices - use this guide for downloading invoices).
This requires a special privilege called 'Offboarding' to be turned on for a Managing agent. You will need to ask the Dwellant Customer Service team to enable the privilege for generating the off boarding pack.
Once enabled you have the option under Home in the sidebar
This process will create a request with a downloadable zip file.
NOTE - You need to ensure you download the ZIP file before you start turning off Open PME's and Contracts.
Additional data reports - prior to leaving you may want to run the following reports to help see the bigger picture. These following are run at the building level
- Contracts Download
- PME Download
- Request report
- Users

Closing down open Contracts, PME and requests
As part of leaving Dwellant we will help some activities but there are some actions you must complete.
What we will help you do
1) Requests - on the last day of service we will soft complete any open request (note - no emails will be sent).
2) Send a message to contractors - We can send a message with your wording to linked contractors telling them what to do with ongoing instructions.
3) Unlink Contractors - On the day after service has ended we will remove any linked contracts.
What you need to complete
1) Delete any PME's configured on each building
2) Close any contracts configured on each building
3) Remove users from each building
