This is when you have lost management of a building and the new agent isn't a Dwellant user.

There are a few steps to complete so you retain your building's records.

1. Generate Offboarding Pack - How to extract building data

2. Download/Export Invoices - Downloading a full invoice history

3. Disconnect Building - Do this is reverse - Property Setup (accounting properties)

4. Complete "Disable Step"  - Disable building

Note: This isn't a switch - the building can be off-boarded or archived according to the guide.
