This is when sadly the customer has decided to move on from you but has found another agent who uses Dwellant.
At this point we want to help all parties involved complete the smoothest transition and move forward quickly.
- The Incumbent agent notifies Dwellant that they wish to transfer the building to another agent Email to be sent to customerservice@dwellant.com
- Dwellant will start the process and talk to both agents.
- Incumbent MA completes the following
- Generate Offboarding Pack - How to extract building data
- Download/Export Invoices - Downloading a full invoice history
- DWELLANT will then complete the move on the date outlined (or the first working day after a Bank Holiday or weekend)
- Both Agents are to check and sign off the transferred data
- The new agent will update any of the following as required.
- WO’s and Contract’s
- Compliance templates (PME / CONTRACTS / CSITE)
- Categories
