For each request, you will have an option to change the audience.
During the process of creating the request, you can select the tab ‘Audience’ and a drop down will appear with tick boxes for you to choose from: Concierges, Directors, Whole Building.
If you do not select any options for the audience, this request will be set as private.
A private request is between the property manager and the user who created the request.
Requests should be set to Whole Building if it is regarding all the properties
e.g. ‘Corridor Carpet’ or ‘Intercom Panel is now working’. This will allow all residents within the building to comment on the request if they would like to. It will appear in their Requests and Messages page.
