Inbound email mappings can be used for Email-in Requests They are defined at the Managing Agent (Invoices or Requests) or Building (Requests or Postings), Setup / Core data / Inbound email mapping. We might need to switch this on for you (just ask our CS team).
Adding a mapping

If an email address with a customer-specific domain is used e.g. requests@mypropertymanager.co.uk you will have to forward emails to inbound@system.dwellant.com

Set type to Requests
- The option of Verbose Mode applies to Requests and means the creator of the request will receive updates about the request. This will send updates to the original user.

Set the Sender address filters to Anyone
