Company Profile (contractors)

Profile is a window into the Contractor's background as a company. This section was formerly known as Organisation Preferences.

It can be accessed under Company / Profile from left sidebar on new Dwellant interface. As it holds most crucial information about an organisation, only Admin users have access to this section. All star marked fields are mandatory.

Company Profile section contains:-

1. Organisation details 
   1. Organisation name - this shows the name of the organisation on Dwellant.
   2. Domain details for business
   3. Trading in as (if applicable)
   4. Remittance email address (if applicable)
   5. Company number 
   6. Switchboard phone number - office main contact number 
   7. Working range - this is fed into the client systems to show how far away you are from the location of the job.
2. Tax details VAT number (if applicable)
   1. VAT 
   2. Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) Tax Status (if applicable)
   3. Universal Tax reference (if applicable)
3. Bank account details 
   1. Bank account name and number 
   2. Sort code

   3. Bank name

       

Once the changes are done, click on 'Save changes' button at the bottom to save all the changes.

Best practice is to make sure to have an upto-date company profile section always. In the event of any changes, make sure to have the latest changes updated in the company profile as soon as possible. Post the saved changes, they are automatically synced across the Dwellant and client systems.
