Clear your browser cookies and cache (Dwellant Contractor portal)

From time to time you may need to clear your browser cookies, clear your history and restart on a refreshed brower for best Dwellant experience. Some specific scenarios where you may need to do this are (not limited to below) -

1. screen freeze / greyed out issues
2. Page not loading or too slow 
3. You have changed passwords or updated browsers

You can clear your browser's cookie cache depending on the system in following ways:- 

In Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data.
3. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
5. Click Delete data. If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you won't be signed out of your Google Account.

In Safari

1. Click on the Safari menu in the top left hand corner next to the Apple symbol.
2. Click on Settings...
3. A new dialogue box will open.
4. Click Privacy.
5. Click on the Manage Website Data button.
6. To remove any cached data and cookies from your computer, click Remove all.
7. A new dialogue box will open.
8. Click Remove Now.

In Edge

1. Click on the Edge menu (3 dots) on the top right hand side.
2. Click on Settings.
3. On the left hand side, click Cookies and site permissions.
4. Under the Manage and delete cookies and site data section click See all cookies and site data.
5. A new dialogue box will open.
6. Click Remove all.

In Firefox

1. Click on the Firefox menu (3 lines) on the top right hand corner.
2. Click on Settings.
3. On the left hand side, click Privacy & Security.
4. Scroll down to section Cookies and Site Data.
5. Click Clear data.
6. A new dialogue box will open.
7. Click Clear Now and wait for that dialogue box to exit.

After the refresh, use below links to sign back in or reset your password if needed (Google Chrome browser recommended)-
