Navigating your Dwellant dashboard (new Contractor UI)
Welcome to your Dwellant Building Intelligence dashboard. This guide is designed to help you efficiently manage your property tasks, quotations, and maintenance schedules from one central location.
The Main Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is split into specialised sections (widgets) that give you a high-level view of your current workload.

Work Totals: Located at the top, these cards show urgent counts for:
Due/Late: Tasks that require immediate attention.
Awaiting Quotation: Requests for pricing that need your response.
Awaiting RAMS Documents: Health and safety documentation pending review.
Work Updates: A live feed of active jobs. You can see the Subject, the Managing Agent, and the current Status (e.g., "Awaiting quotations" or "In progress").
Planned Maintenance: This section tracks recurring safety checks, such as smoke control systems, sprinklers, and emergency lighting. Note the Target Date on the far right to ensure compliance.

Use the dark sidebar on the left to jump between different modules of the platform:
Customising Your View
You can tailor the dashboard to prioritise the information most important to you using the icons in the top-right corner:
Add Widgets (+ Icon): Click this to add new data views. If it says "No widgets available" , you likely already have all active widgets pinned.
Refresh (Circular Arrow): Manually update the data to see the latest job posts.

More Actions (Three Vertical Dots):
Move Widgets: Enter a "drag and drop" mode to rearrange the order of your sections.
Reset to Organisation Defaults: Revert your layout to the standard company view if it becomes cluttered.
Pro-Tips for Efficiency
Identify Priority: Look at the coloured bar on the far left of job rows (e.g., "Low" in green or "Medium" in orange) to triage your morning tasks.
