Release Notes for Managing Agents: Where to Find Them

Wen Dwellant releases any updates, this will be available in form of customer summaries available to all Managing agent customers.

This section is to inform Managing agents about the latest updates that go out as part of every release. Its available on left sidebar layout under Home > Release notes for all users setup at Managing agent level.

Release notes for each sprint will be available, with most recent at the top. It will show the ticket reference, subject, and customer summary.

Managing agents will see release notes even for features they don't have access to. In case you are interested in specific features, its advised to enquire on email to know payment structure for features you are not using yet.
