Set Up a New Building in TRAMPS for Sync to Dwellant

In order for a property to sync to Dwellant, you need to make sure it is set up correctly in TRAMPS. 

Here are some guidelines, but check your organisation's policies for any other SOPs.

In TRAMPS:

• Go to Maintain → Property → Details → New
• Main Tab
  • Fill out Ref, Name, Town
  • Select the correct Client
  • Enter the full Address
  • Assign your Main Manager
  • Set Currency to GBP
• Codes Tab
  • Enter the Property Type Code. Query if blank.
  • Enter Location Code if given.
  • Set Property Group Code to LIVE.
  • Set the Analysis Code to DWLNT.
  • If applicable, set the Source Code to the Client's organisational code on Dwellant.

Wait for overnight sync of property to Dwellant.

Now, in Dwellant:

• Go to Setup > Accounting > Controlled Properties
• Search for building name
• Click Select Action > Edit
• Check "Data synchronisation enabled"
• If the building already exists on Dwellant, select the property in the final field.
  • If not, leave blank and a new property will be created.
