Archiving categories on requests

Summary

New feature: Category Archiving. Only few Managing agents now have the capability to archive categories.

 

Once a category is archived it cannot be selected for future requests - but still exist where assigned to old requests.

They can still be merged with other categories, but this means the old category vanishes and the new category is assigned to all old requests of this type.

Categories are setup under Setup -> Core Data -> Categories at Managing agent level. Its available on new interface of Dwellant.

Below changes are expected after a Category is archived:- 

• Creating new work order -> Category not populated
• Editing work order -> Category not populated
• Existing work orders retain archived category
• Creating Contract -> Category not populated
• Editing Contract -> Category not populated
• Existing Contract retain archived category

• Creating / Editing Core data / Approval levels -> Category not populated
