Adding Groups to a Contractor

As a Managing Agent, you can add a group (used for Work orders or Contracts) to a Contractors profile.

This will allow a small group of users to be messaged about specific work, this is great for example if you have a site in London and Glasgow.

You can add any new user to a group following the instruction below.

Note: If the user is already on Dwellant, you will need to ask them to be added by their administrator of Dwellant.

Go to:

Setup / Contractors / Contractor list

Find your contractor

You can then either add to an existing group or create a new one.
