Blind Tender - Quotation

If you have Quotations that you want to ensure are blind and submitted values are hidden from your general population you can ask your Dwellant Administrator to add your senior staff instructing the work to the "Surveyors Group".

This will hide the submitted values from anyone not in this group.

SET UP 

1) Go to Set up > User Group

2) Then add your user group 

3) The admin then can add those key users

How it works

The employee within the "Surveyor" group will now be given a new option in screen when creating a quote.

When they look at the request they will STILL see the values submitted by the contractor

When a user NOT in the group looks at the same request the values are redacted,

A request currently outside of the blind tender

If a request doesn't have blind tender enabled an Employee WITH the group assigned can add it retrospectively.
