1) Add a building picture for the portal
2) Add building details (this is a quick tool to turn lots of posts on)
3) Add important documents for your end-users
Adding a picture of your building
Go to Core data > Organisation Pictures
This may be pictures of the building or something like a logo
Click the Edit or upload
and click ok

This process can turn on 30 posts in 5 minutes
Important Documents
Every Building has a set of documents your owners want to access. You can add them as posts and the owners can self serve and access them via your portal. You are effectively adding a post, you check out the guide here.
We have two ways to add documents, most customer have the Document Library live. If you do, please check out this guide. DOCUMENT LIBRARY
For customers on Older versions
This is a quick guide just for building documents.
Go to postings > All Postings and click "add a post"
Start to type "Documents" in the topic and your headings will appear
Update the orange boxes below and click the green one to edit a little bit more
