This is the final and most important step in getting your building live.

Some companies like to send PDF's like a notification to users of the incoming email (this is a good practice to help sign up from users and trust the email link)

On the page Setup> Users

Click "Create PDF Invites" – this button will give you the options to choose from. 

All options are available by going to the building home page then Setup / Users.

Click the options you want and click ok. This will generate a request for you to download your PDF's to print.

Click "Send Invitations"  this will start the invite process

This step not only invites your users but also actives the messaging and user data validation steps.

Then pick your message template

Click Ok then sends an email to all your users and your building is live.
