Bulk upload users to buildings by spreadsheet
You can also bulk upload users using the spreadsheet upload method -
1. Go to User data / Users.
2. Click on Get upload file template to get the template file
3. Fill the template file with the information of users to be added and save it. Ensure the file name ends with _users
4. Click on Upload users button back on User data / Users, and upload the spreadsheet with user information
It usually takes a few seconds to process the file. Once processed, a request will be created, and assigned directly to you.
If there's an error, you can check it on the file upload request under Requests tab, by downloading the file under attachment section, which contains the annotated error in red. You can reupload the file after rectifying the erroneous fields for the given user(s).
Below are descriptions for each column header. Columns marked with an asterisk (*) are required, and are marked in the excel sheet by an orange background.
