On occasions eCommunications will bounce back when mail boxes are full, changed emails or  email address errors. When this occurs Dwellant will collect these, and automatically divert the document to print with an additional covering letter added to tell the tenant their email address did not work. The letter will include a request for them to update their (Dwellant) profile with a functioning email address. This is all printed and sent the same night.
