eCommunication preferences and the unread documents indicator
Only shown to members of the Owners group.
Switched on privilege will trigger a popup being displayed the next time users sign-in. This will ask them to set their preferences - ideally for both to be paperless.
Users cannot change their preference unless they have the required External Ids from the accounting system.

When the preference is saved the user is sent a confirmation email.
Clicking "Go paperless" will trigger the email and will save all the preferences to electronic.
For Propman, the users preference is exported via plugin UserChangesDownloaderPlugin.
eCommunications Unread Documents Indicator
When an owner has unread eCommunications documents, they will have a bubble with a count of unread documents in each building where they own units within the same Managing Agent.
Each bubble is a link that takes the user to the respective building's eCommunications Documents page where new messages are clearly indicated. Once a new message has been read the applicable bubble count is updated. No bubble is shown for buildings where user has no unread eCommunications documents.
