Key building Services

To give contractors permission to retrieve data on buildings via the API they need to be set up in key building services

The option is accessible by MA Administrators, and Portfolio Accountants.

The type of services this feature is for are:

• Auditors
• Out of Hours Company
• Health & Safety Company
• Insurance Company
• Lift Company
• Solicitor
• Utility Broker

At a managing agent level go to Setup / Core data / Key building services

The service providers are set by download/upload spreadsheet.  Each organisation specified must have the Dwellant organisation id in square brackets.  A text note can be provided for each building service.

Use the action menu to edit contractors for individual buildings
